How do we work?

Customers can contact us in person, by phone or email. We ask you to provide us with previously-reviewed, basic documents or summaries of cases. With this, we can prepare a brief, legal opinion and a proposal for action on your case. We then conduct a basic personal interview with each client to establish contact and build trust. Transparency is also essential for us. We promptly inform each client of every step in their case. Each written document goes to a preliminary review and confirmation is sent to the client because is important that the client also understands their case and the legal aspects of it.

 

We provide customers with electronic access to their case or court file via an private username and password.

What types of services do we offer?

We provide legal advice or legal assistance, representation of the rights and legal interests of the parties before various official bodies, representation in negotiation proceedings and other out-of-court relations (e.g. business relations). We review and compile relevant documents, statements and legal acts (e.g. contracts, agreements, consents, lawsuits, appeals, applications). We also provide services in other related areas with external collaborators (experts), depending on the needs of each client.

How do we charge for services?

Upon signing the authorisation, we conclude a written agreement with the client on the calculation of costs for our services. The content of the agreement depends on the needs of each customer. Services are charged according to the Lawyer’s Tariff (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 2/15 and 28/18), hourly rate, in a lump sum or by case success (in % of the amount obtained for the client). Each client is informed on a regular basis (at least once a month) about the services provided for them.

 

We enable regular customers, who work with us on a daily or weekly basis, to conclude a long-term cooperation agreement (e.g. 1 year). We do this by calculating a monthly lump sum, which includes a certain number of hours, and then adjust the lump sum to the individual customer.
